Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to company standards.
- Bed Making: Ensure all linens are crisp, beds are made according to luxury standards, and amenities are restocked.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department.
- Laundry & Linen: Sort, wash, fold, and store linens and towels efficiently.
- Public Space Maintenance: Dust, vacuum, and polish lobby areas, stairwells, and corridors to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Guest Satisfaction: Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any cleaning requests or feedback.
- Inventory: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Uniforms: Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
