Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet strict cleanliness standards.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Execute turn down service to enhance guest comfort during their stay.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30+ pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience in housekeeping required; we provide comprehensive training.
