Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure a fresh, welcoming look.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by local and state authorities.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
