Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities according to hotel standards.
- Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and mini-bars in guest rooms.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
