As a Night Shift Housekeeping Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction during the evening hours. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to company standards and brand guidelines.
- Bed Making: Strip and remake beds efficiently, ensuring linens are crisp and furniture is arranged to perfection.
- Restocking: Replenish guest amenities, such as soap, shampoo, and coffee, to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Guest Service: Interact professionally with guests and respond to any requests or inquiries during your shift.
- Inventory: Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies to the management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and orderliness.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
