Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen while maintaining organized storage areas
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management team
- Execute detailed room inspections before guest arrival to ensure flawless presentation
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest service
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sustainability practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
