Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Maintain pristine condition of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover between guests
- Provide exceptional guest service during interactions in hallways and common areas
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
