Responsibilities
- Room Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict hotel standards.
- Amenity Management: Ensure all guest amenities (towels, toiletries, toiletries) are fully stocked and replenished daily.
- Bed Making: Make beds according to strict linens protocols to ensure a pristine guest appearance.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, and fold linens and guest towels efficiently.
- Security: Verify that all doors and windows are secured before leaving a room for the housekeeping cart.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, stains, or maintenance needs.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
