Your Mission
As the Night Shift Manager, you will be the face of our hotel during off-hours. You will ensure that our property remains the premier choice for travelers seeking comfort and safety after dark.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a smooth guest experience 24/7.
- Manage the night audit process, including financial reconciliation, posting charges, and verifying daily revenue.
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel security protocols and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to inspect cleanliness, maintenance, and security status of guest rooms and public areas.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to communicate operational needs, guest feedback, and maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk management, or night auditing is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
