Your Mission

As the Night Shift Manager, you will be the face of our hotel during off-hours. You will ensure that our property remains the premier choice for travelers seeking comfort and safety after dark.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a smooth guest experience 24/7.
  • Manage the night audit process, including financial reconciliation, posting charges, and verifying daily revenue.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
  • Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk management, or night auditing is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
