Responsibilities
- Sanitize and Clean: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards and safety protocols.
- Guest Amenities: Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, coffee) for guest satisfaction.
- Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them immediately to the maintenance supervisor.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized stock of cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Efficiency: Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within the shift timeframe.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
