Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Bedding & Linens: Change bed linens, fluff pillows, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for use.
- Bathroom Maintenance: Scrub and disinfect showers, toilets, sinks, and vanities to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Public Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and restrooms throughout the hotel.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies, ensuring no interruptions in service.
- Reporting: Identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
