Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are fully stocked and presentable.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace at all times.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to requests promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills.
