Responsibilities
- Oversee daily room cleaning operations and deep-cleaning projects across 150+ guest rooms
- Train and mentor 10+ housekeeping staff on sanitation protocols and efficiency standards
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with AAA and brand standards
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and linen distribution
- Coordinate with maintenance team for prompt room readiness and repairs
- Handle guest requests and resolve cleanliness concerns within 2 hours
- Develop weekly staff schedules and overtime management
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel housekeeping experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA and CDC sanitation certification required
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., OPERA)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
