Responsibilities
- Lead housekeeping staff in daily room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Train new team members on sanitation protocols and brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Conduct quality inspections of guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Address guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ADA regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping experience with supervisory role
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
