Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservation systems and room assignments
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore attractions and services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if transporting guests)
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
