Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and POS technology
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event coordination and VIP guest services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if required for errands)
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
