Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using hotel management systems
- Manage reservation inquiries and modify bookings with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation reports with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Cleveland attractions and transportation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
