- Answer phone inquiries and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and manage reservations using hotel software.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (will consider equivalent experience).
