Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to implement strategic goals and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
