Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance staff schedules.
- Enforce safety and security protocols for guests and employees.
- Assist in training new staff members on company policies and service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare daily reports for management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
