Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests across all touchpoints
- Maintain clean and organized guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong desire to work in hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
