- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Assist with local area information and recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
