Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with proactive, personalized service
- Coordinate VIP experiences, transportation, and dining reservations
- Master local knowledge of Dallas attractions, events, and hidden gems
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with discretion and problem-solving expertise
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Train new concierge staff on service standards and local resources
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel concierge or guest relations experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of Dallas culture, attractions, and logistics
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
