Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized recommendations and local expertise
- Manage VIP reservations and exclusive experiences for high-profile clientele
- Coordinate seamless transportation, dining, and entertainment arrangements
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams for flawless guest stays
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Atlanta attractions and events
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hospitality or concierge experience preferred
- Proven ability to anticipate guest needs exceeding expectations
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation systems
- Foreign language skills (Spanish/French) highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
