Responsibilities
- Curate personalized itineraries and local recommendations for high-profile guests
- Coordinate VIP experiences including restaurant reservations, event tickets, and transportation
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving and cultural awareness
- Collaborate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Event teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of San Francisco's attractions, events, and trends
- Utilize Opera PMS and CRM systems to manage guest preferences and history
- Train and mentor junior staff on service excellence protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel concierge experience in high-volume properties
- Exceptional multilingual communication skills (English, Mandarin, Spanish preferred)
- Deep expertise in San Francisco's tourism landscape and hidden gems
- Proven ability to anticipate guest needs in premium service environments
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and reservation platforms
- Valid California Food Handler certification and CPR training
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
