Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor guest service associates
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate service experiences
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B departments
- Implement revenue management strategies
- Conduct daily briefings and staff evaluations
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel front desk experience
- 2+ years in supervisory/management role
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Valid driver's license
- BA in Hospitality or related field preferred
