We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Audit Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding property in Las Vegas. As the Night Audit Supervisor, you will serve as the face of the hotel during the overnight shift, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier guest experiences. You will oversee the front desk, manage financial transactions, and ensure the security and comfort of all guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Oversee the front desk staff during the night shift, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and accurate registration of guests.
- Financial Accuracy: Perform nightly financial reconciliations, audit housekeeping reports, and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the property management system (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle special requests to ensure a 5-star guest experience 24/7.
- Security & Safety: Monitor hotel surveillance systems, conduct security rounds, and ensure the safety of guests and hotel property.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the General Manager and Revenue Manager highlighting any issues or opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to front desk agents and night auditors, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Oracle, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
