Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily financial transactions using PMS systems
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late arrivals and early departures
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve overnight service issues
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with overnight staff for seamless departmental operations
- Conduct room status audits and ensure guest safety compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's/ServSafe certification preferred
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
