- Manage all front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and generate financial reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor security systems and conduct property inspections
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during unsupervised shifts
- Valid Texas Driver's License (preferred)
