Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with precision and efficiency
- Balance daily financial transactions and prepare accurate shift reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional service
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations appropriately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for reservations and billing
- Perform daily audits of front desk and restaurant transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail in financial reconciliation tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
