Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and efficiency
- Balance daily accounts and generate accurate financial reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and ensure property safety
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Prepare end-of-night summaries for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Strong mathematical and accounting aptitude
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Memphis tourism attractions
