Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily financial transactions and guest accounts
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late arrivals and early departures
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Generate daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with brand safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or audit experience
- Advanced proficiency in Opera or PMS systems
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts
- Louisiana hospitality certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of French Quarter geography
