Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions using Opera PMS
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Handle cash handling and credit card processing
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Monitor security systems and building access
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and reconciliation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid California driver's license (for incident response)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Oakland area attractions
