Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day financial reconciliation including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing reports
- Check in/out guests during overnight hours with efficiency and warm hospitality
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Oversee security protocols and monitor surveillance systems throughout the night
- Prepare daily financial summaries and submit reports to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational continuity
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow established procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or accounting certification preferred
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
