Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and efficiency during overnight hours
- Balance daily accounts and reconcile financial transactions using Opera PMS
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure accurate documentation
- Oversee valet operations and manage vehicle security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergency situations
- Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Seattle area attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
