Responsibilities
- Perform daily front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and guest assistance during overnight hours
- Conduct accurate end-of-day balancing and reconciliation of daily transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with discretion and professionalism
- Monitor security systems and building access protocols throughout the night
- Generate daily reports and prepare the hotel for next-day operations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent overnight requests
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to established procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
