Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and financial records
- Check in/out guests with efficiency and personalized service during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Advanced proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Wichita area attractions and services
