Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of all guest accounts and payment systems
- Process check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and personalized service
- Monitor security systems and respond to overnight guest inquiries
- Prepare daily financial reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage cash handling and credit card transactions per audit protocols
- Act as primary point of contact for guest emergencies and requests
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Texas driver's license (for errands if needed)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
