Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest transactions, payments, and account adjustments with precision
- Conduct daily audits of guest accounts and financial reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain security protocols and access control systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and financial reconciliation skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque tourism attractions preferred
