Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and audit financial transactions
- Check-in/check-out guests with precision and exceptional service
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Manage reservation systems and room status updates
- Prepare daily financial reports for management
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
