Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting with 100% accuracy
- Handle late-night guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Oversee security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Train and coordinate with overnight support staff (housekeeping, maintenance)
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service standards
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Prepare daily financial summaries for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Advanced proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Virginia hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
