Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and professionalism
- Balance daily accounts and process financial transactions accurately
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest requests 24/7
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Prepare end-of-night reports and financial reconciliations
- Handle emergency situations with calm efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail with financial accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California Food Handler's Card preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
