Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day financial reconciliation, including balancing cash registers and processing credit card transactions
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and professionalism during overnight hours
- Address guest inquiries and emergencies with calm, solutions-oriented communication
- Oversee security protocols and monitor property surveillance systems
- Prepare daily reports for management and coordinate with day-shift staff
- Maintain accurate records of room statuses and maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Texas Alcohol Seller Certification (if applicable)
