Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting for all hotel departments
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and personalized service
- Respond to emergency situations and guest requests during overnight hours
- Operate PMS systems and generate daily management reports
- Supervise overnight staff including security and housekeeping
- Handle cash management, banking, and audit documentation
- Maintain property security protocols and access control
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills during overnight operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
