Responsibilities
Perform night shift front desk duties including check-ins and check-outs.Reconcile daily financial transactions and hotel reports.Manage the Property Management System (PMS) efficiently.Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.Monitor building security and safety protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations.Proficiency in MS Office and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).Ability to work flexible night shifts and weekends.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
