Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff during all shifts.
- Perform front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Manage cash handling and reconciliation for daily operations accurately.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Assist in training junior staff and maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and security logs.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure facility readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service.
- Strong ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus but not required.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
