Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive night audits, reconciling all financial transactions and preparing accurate daily reports.
- Manage the front desk operations overnight, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises and handle any emergency protocols efficiently.
- Process guest inquiries and complaints with a focus on problem resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel systems, including PMS (Property Management System), to ensure accuracy in room status and billing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk and public areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel front desk operations or a related hospitality role.
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor is preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, MICROS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
