- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations following protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Update reservation systems and manage room availability in real-time
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare shift reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Basic knowledge of Boston attractions and transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
