Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with precision and warmth
- Handle emergency protocols and security incidents per company standards
- Process payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and manage cash operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional communication and problem-solving
- Sell resort amenities and packages to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Excellent conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Spanish language skills highly valued
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
