Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Handle high-volume phone reservations and guest inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints with diplomacy and urgency
- Perform nightly audits and financial reconciliation
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams
- Maintain accurate guest records in property management systems
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and nightlife
